Welcome to the Royalton-Hartland CSD Registrar's Office!

The office is open during the hours of 8am to 3pm, and is located in the Royalton-Hartland High School at: 

54 State St.
Middleport, NY 14105

  • We highly suggest that you use a smartphone to complete the registration process, as you can upload photos of required documents (proof of residency, birth certificate, etc).  
  • Appointments are required to be made during school hours, and can be made by calling or emailing the District Registrar, Ms. Amanda Cercone, at the email or phone number listed.
  • Please be advised that all registrations may take 3-5 days to complete.

Once you click through to Family ID, scroll down to "Create Account" to begin the registration process.
